Jewish Comedians for Ukraine

Did you know that Urakine’s pResident, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, is a Jew? How could a Jew could be the leader of a country that has been persecuted by Jews since before World War II?

It gets better: Zelensky is a comedian!

That might be a good thing. With their country being mauled by Russia’s military, humor may be the best Ukrainians can hope for.

Ukrainians must have been thrilled when a U.S. citizen named Ben Stiller visited Zelenskyy on June 20, 2022. June 20 is World Refugee Day. Of course, it’s also the summer solstice. It’s a great day to sit outside staring at the lingering sun while swapping jokes. And that’s probably what Stiller and Zelenskyy did.

You see, Stiller is a Jewish comedian, too.

Stiller’s father, Jerry, is a comedian and actor from a Jewish family that emigrated from Poland and Galicia in Central Europe. His mother, actress and comedian Anne Mega, converted to Judaism after marrying Jerry Stiller.

Father, mother, and son are all comedians. Zelenskyy is a comedian. Has there ever been a war more humorous than the latest Russian-Ukrainian war?

During their meeting, Stiller told Zelenskyy “You’re my hero.” How inspirational is that?

Note the comments on the video of this epic meeting of Jewish comedians.

This episode in insanity reminds me of another Jewish asshole who promoted himself as a friend of Latin American revolutionaries, then gloated over the murder of Libya’s legendary leader Muammar Gadaffi, Sean Penn.
